From The Japanese Embassy
OK, I can stop hoping for transfer to japanese highschool this winter. Because I won’t be able to adapt to their educational system since I know nothing of them and also the slight language barrier. That means I am going to sit for SPM next year in Maher. Then I could go pre-university, or is it 3rd year of senior high school? Either way, I have to submit my application through the Japanese Embassy in Jakarta, then to somehow take me to Japan. I also have to attend one year of Advanced Japanese lessons there (university level) which would make me a native in japanese language.
I am not dissapointed at all, as a matter of fact, it is probably best for me not to go yet, I realized I’m not yet ready for this. Another two years here might not be that bad after all. It provides me some time and space to further master my interests of gundam modelling. BTW, they didn’t state the requirements for the scholarship, though I’m sure I need excellent marks to get the scholarship, I will take Japanese for SPM ofcourse (and ace it). I must get straight A’s for SPM, so keeping it in mind form 4 is quite fundamental to my success, is prerequisite for me to further studies in Japan/
